Delete your account & data

WorthDex is privacy-first: your scans and collection live on your device and in your private iCloud. You can remove everything at any time. Account deletion is initiated in the app, in a few taps.
From the app
- Open WorthDex and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account & data.
- Confirm. Your collection, scans, and local data are deleted from the device immediately.
What gets removed
- On-device data — your scans, photos, and saved collection are deleted from the device.
- iCloud data — your private iCloud (CloudKit) records are removed on next sync; you can also delete WorthDex data from iCloud in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
- Subscription entitlement — deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Can't access the app?
If you've lost access to your device, email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase and we'll help you delete any data we hold.
Subscriptions
To stop billing, cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deletion of your data and cancellation of billing are separate actions.
